User content includes any content posted by users and you are responsible that User Content complies with Our agreement. Billing, payments and refunds It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is correct and services are paid on time. You agree that all services are paid in advance of the chosen time period. By making a payment to us you agree that not all payment methods are refundable by us. All Our payments are processed through third-party providers and you may only request refunds through their websites if their Terms of Service allows it. Services Service provided is 'as-is', any issues related to service may be reported to us by contacting us directly. By ordering a service our Site you agree and accept to the following statements: - Any kind of an attempt to breach the security of a server will result in an immediate cancellation of your server. - Your service should never be resold unless stated otherwise (Please read "Resellers"). - FTP information is meant to be used for service files only and not to be abused as an online storage. - We do not take any responsibility for your files or data loss. We recommend you to make regular backups of your files. - Servers are activated instantly after payment is confirmed. It could take some minutes depending on the payment method used. - We reserve right to make changes to service price at any time without further notification. - We take the right to suspend any service for any reason without further notification. Terms of Service of third-party services All SA:MP servers need to comply with SA-MP service agreement. (http://www.sa-mp.com/service_agreement.txt). All MTA:SA servers need to comply with MTA:SA EULA. (https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/MTA_0.5_EULA). All Minecraft servers need to comply with Mojang End User License Agreement. (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula). All Terraria servers need to comply with Re-Logic Conditions of Use. (https://terraria.org/terms). Resellers and Reselling Terms Resellers must contact us before attempting to resell our services if not done so, we take the right suspend reseller services and terminate the associated accounts. Resellers are responsible for providing support to their clients and solving their issues. If a client contacts us we take the right to keep it on hold until reseller contacts us directly. Support and contact We provide support via our ticket system, and e-mail. (We will answer in less than 24 hours). We are not responsible for our community pages and we offer no official support on them. Eg. Discord, Portal, and any other third-party community page. Browse these pages at your own discretion.
